Whatever your health goals be they weight loss, de-stress, improve self-esteem or to improve your fitness, Summer Bootcamps with 3RPhysio can definitely help. If you are hesitant about joining, here is a fantastic review that was sent to us by a participant last year.

Places are filling quickly, we still have availability at our Wednesday 'Midday Motivator' and our Thursday '6am Sleep Buster'.

All abilities welcome. Work at your own pace. Children over 5 can attend with a participating adult.
